I am licensed in Massachusetts with 15 years of clinical experience. I am open to sessions in whatever way works best for you- live, phone or text! I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression as well as clients with disabilities and their families. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I open to video, phone or text sessions.
