There are so many challenges that we face throughout life and it is invaluable to have the opportunity to sort through those challenges in a space that you can feel heard without judgment. I've worked with people for nearly 15 years in managing life's stresses, navigating major changes, healing from trauma and loss, coping with anxiety and depression, and developing healthy ways to move forward with decisions and goals. I put together a variety of clinical approaches to meet the needs of each client. My goal is to create a comfortable environment to draw out the truths that you hold and provide information and skills that will enhance your well being.
