My name is Dr. Paschal. Helping is what I do. To be an effective helper requires the ability to connect with clients. To connect implies making clients to be disposed, and to feel comfortable in my presence in the virtual office. I bagged a doctorate in mental health counseling, and I am a licensed psychotherapist. Although my orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy; however, I tend to incorporate other treatment modalities and techniques in order to better help the client. I also apply psychoeducation and motivational interviewing techniques as needed. I have been helping clients with difficult to treat conditions for the past twelve years. Clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, Bipolar, ADHD, ODD, Low self-esteem, Impulse control disorder, acute stress disorder, relationship issues, other life issues, et.c, are able to function again in the course of treatment.
