I specialize in assisting female adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety and depression stemming from life transitions such as career changes/work stress, familial, social & romantic relationship issues, women issues, postpartum depression and situational life stressors. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, I focus on providing the best treatment from a non-pharmacological perspective to improve their mental health.

I am passionate about helping my clients foster self-awareness and gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in both individual and group settings and offer a supportive and collaborative approach that allows my clients to feel at ease immediately. As we address the complexities of these issues, I incorporate a strength-based and spiritual approach to set the foundation for life success. This provides my clients with the tools needed to progress toward goals, even when they are not in the office!
