I graduated from Southern Methodist University where I trained to provide therapy such as; talk, activity, guided imagery, grounding exercises; to children, adolescents, and adults. Other services provided include: parent support, education in behaviors, diagnosis, communication, and issues at school.
While working together you will be encouraged to grow in ways you never thought you could. Acknowledging that sometime life is hard and not fair and you feel as if you were at a dead end. Learning to not let the traumatic, negative, and hurtful things in life define you as an individual is one step we will take together. I strive to provide a safe place where you are able to thrive and be your genuine self.
