I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in work with teens and adults who have experienced trauma, which includes childhood abuse, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and incest. Additionally, I have worked with clients whose focus included coping skills, life-transitions, and self-esteem. My counseling approach focuses on strengths and innate potential for growth. I strive to provide a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where thoughts and feelings are expressed freely within the safety of a therapeutic relationship.
