“My approach to therapy is to create a supportive environment using cognitive behavioral and solution-focused techniques to assist in achieving the personal wellness goals.” Pamela Smith-Graham is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 21 years of clinical experience. Pamela earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Psychology in 2002 and a Master’s degree in Community/Clinical Psychology from Norfolk State University in 2005. I spent several years working in the community supporting clients with various needs in mental health services, and my military experience provided exposure to diverse cultural groups.
