About

I am a staff psychotherapist and licensed professional counselor at The Aspen Center. I collaborate with each patient to create a supportive, nonjudgmental atmosphere where we can explore your questions, concerns, and wellness goals together. I work with patients across various concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, queer and questioning identity, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, work stress, and grief and loss. I believe each person is unique, with a variety of goals, values, and life experiences. Because of this, I work with each patient to develop both insight and self-compassion into these different parts of the self. I incorporate ideas from mindfulness, acceptance, and strengths-based approaches to encourage and empower patients toward greater self-understanding and meaningful change.
