My passion is to help clients identify and remove the cause of psychological suffering by getting a clearer understanding of how the mind works and developing resiliency. I also have a professional interest in working with individuals and couples struggling with blended family issues, relationship issues, mental wellness and working with young adults trying to figure out their direction.

For the past 29 years, I have been an educator specializing in counseling children and their families. I have also been a mental health counselor at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo, Texas helping individuals deal with depression, stress and anxiety. I truly believe our thinking keeps us from moving forward.
