About
With over 20 years of experience, Pam has both broad and deep experience helping her clients explore their lives to make powerful and meaningful changes that determine how mental health challenges affect their lives. Pam brings a unique level of warmth, compassion, energy, and enthusiasm to her clinical work. As a dedicated and supportive professional, she utilizes strength-based, practical-solution focused treatments such as CBT AND ACT, along with the benefit of alternate healing techniques Which may include mindfulness and meditation. Changes in life are normal, whether it is unexpected or planned these changes can affect us individually, our families, marriages, careers/jobs, friendships and other parts of our lives. If these changes have led you to feeling increasingly depressed or anxious, Pam provides counseling to clients that want to understand and minimize how these issues affect their day to day lives. With the goal of finding them long-term, healthy patterns and balance, Pam has enthusiasm to use her training to help each client find relief from unpleasant and unwanted feelings, emotions, and behaviors. ***Although my availability only shows telehealth visits, I am available to come in for an office visit at my office in Warrenville, IL with advanced notice.
