Hello and welcome to Path! Good for you in taking the first step to making a positive change and moving forward in your wellness and recovery. My name is Pamela Fellows and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am located in Northern California and have been licensed for 2 years. I come with many years of mental health experience assisting those that have challenges with, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse, Co-occurring disorders, formerly incarcerated, Unemployed and Disabled. In addition, I offer individual and group therapy session. I consider myself to have a wide range of experience in working with a diverse population, gender and age. My theoretical background consists of Cognitive Behavioral Trauma Focused, Strength Based Approach, Bowenian, Client Centered, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness and Art therapy.
