I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in New York with over ten years of experience working with individuals from various backgrounds helping them to achieve their goals, overcome challenges, develop adaptive coping skills, identify and interrupt dysfunctional behavior patterns, change negative core beliefs, and grow into the person they want to become. I genuinely believe that all thoughts can be reframed, and behaviors can be changed. I am highly skilled in navigating between therapeutic strategies to accommodate your needs and wants.
