I am a passionate and empathic mental health counselor with over a decade of experience working with individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds with various mental health issues. I am a firm believer in human potential and an individual's ability to change. Hence, I am committed to empowering individuals to rise above obstacles, face fears and overcome self-doubt and proactively change their circumstance. Everyone deserves the chance to be the best person they can be and to live the best life possible.

I have worked with with various mental health disorders and /or issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, low self esteem, domestic violence, women's issues and trauma. Additionally, I have over 13 years of experience with clients with substance use disorders and/or dual diagnosis. I utilize evidence-based practices and psychotherapies used include CBT, DBT, psychodynamic. and eclectic. Individuality is acknowledged and treatment is tailored to the individual.

As a caring professional, I respect everyone and their experiences. Sometimes we just need someone to listen and understand things from our perspective.
