I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Life Coach for 19 years. Experience and depth of empathy enable me to offer effective and personalized psychological care. All treatment plans are customized. I have been told strengths are empathy, kindness, comfort, acceptance, and meeting people where they are as they engage with therapy.

I have worked with clients seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, coping, stress management, Veteran specific issues, and trauma. My psychodynamic approach focuses on CBT ( Cognitive Behavior Therapy).

Change can at times be difficult, if you are ready to engage with theapy I am here to work with you to process your feelings and help to improve the quality of your life!
