I am a licensed professional therapist in Texas with vast experience in counseling with clients of varied age, culture and socio-economic background. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, grief, depression, anger, trauma, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, assault, and confidence.
My strength is that I am truly invested in my clients and I believe the way to achieve progress in therapy is to establish a trusting relationship with my clients, demonstrate respect, empathy, positive regards and believe in my clients’ ability to overcome their struggles.
