I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and addiction. I have worked in my field for over 20 years. I utilize an eclectic approach because we are all different, and a one-size-fits-all style is ineffective. I am non-judgmental, compassionate, and a great listener. I stay abreast of new evidence-based treatments and remain active in learning. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step, I will support and empower you. Being vulnerable is scary! I view therapy as a collaborative process in my practice, where you are the expert of your life and experiences, and I can help you figure out where you want to go and how you want to get there.
