My ideal client is someone who is looking for support with taking the next step in their lives. They are looking for someone to help provide them the tools to take that step and support them in accomplishing their goals.
I offer individual, family, and couples counseling to adults and play therapy to children and adolescents. I describe myself as being a prescriptive therapist dedicated to using the most appropriate method to help client's achieve their goals.
Life is hard and so is therapy. Though this process is difficult, it is definitely worth it and having a therapist that is willing to stick with you the whole way makes it easier. When we begin the therapy process together we end it together.
