There’s an Art & Story to Therapy. It's a delicate balance between skills, teaching, listening, reflecting, empathy, courage and most importantly insight. Over these years of being a clinician, I’d like to think I’ve come close to mastering that Art & Story. What’s helped? Developing a genuine and honest therapeutic relationship with you. Why? My areas of expertise include complex PTSD/Trauma, poor mood & emotional regulation, anxiety, substance abuse and relationship issues (couples/family). I’m extensively trained in both EMDR and DBT and am currently being trained in the Gottman Method. Educationally, I hold dual specializations in both Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy.

From working with children to adults, individuals to families, my expertises and specializations allows me to view you as a whole person and not just your problems.
