Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with over 7 years of experience in the field of counseling. I have worked with a variety of individuals and issues, to include children, teenagers, and adults of all ages. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, and anger management to name a few. I also have worked on relationship issues, family interaction challenges, parenting issues, career needs, and everyday challenges.

I strongly believe that as a counselor, I am here to walk with you on your journey not to lead it or take it over. My counseling style is interactive, collaborative, and inviting. I invite you to fully engage and become involved, and emphasize the importance of your voice. I am open, warm, compassionate and respect the thoughts and feelings of others. My approach is a mixture of Solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt, Person Centered therapy, and other styles applied based on your needs.

I know that seeking therapy can be a daunting task and very intimidating, and I look forward to walking this journey with you as you transform your life.
