I am a seasoned psychotherapist/family therapist with over 26 years of experience in alleviating and/or resolving a broad spectrum of psychological, behavioral, and emotional issues. Using scientifically proven treatment methods, I can help you to start improving your life today. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups and I work with people of all ages. I use a hybrid of cognitive-behavioral therapy/Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy combined with family systems therapy. I also incorporate Gestalt/experiential approaches, psychodrama approaches, client centered/Rogerian approaches and psychodynamic approaches into my therapeutic work.

I can help you to effectively address your issues and concerns. I also can help you to become more aware of your strengths and potentials and to even identify and develop new strengths and potentials and to make significant changes in your self and in your life. Knowing yourself and being at peace with yourself will help you to have a more satisfying life and more satisfying relationships. Please do not judge your future by your present.
