I am thankful to be a therapist. I have enjoyed the work since starting the profession in 2008. I have worked with the military which has given me the opportunity to work with individuals and families from various cultures and backgrounds. Due to the diversity, I have had the opportunity to practice different approaches such as individual, couple, and group therapy. I believe the most helpful approach in any therapy is having a positive relationship with clients.
