I am a holistic lifestyle and mindfulness expert. I enjoy connecting with new people and learning about different cultures. I believe that for every person, it is important to find your mark and maximize your potential in any means necessary. Therefore, I am strengths-based and solution-focused.
I graduated as a member of a International Honors Society for Counseling, from a CACREP accredited university in 2017. I am keen to 3rd generational therapies, ever-growing, and challenge myself to stay atop of new treatment modalities.
I have worked with all populations on different levels, including behavioral, acute , and privately. I work with family systems as it pertains to teenagers in need of developing interpersonal skills. I work greatly with adults that struggle with common disorders to complex disorders, such as poor stress/anxiety management, depression, bipolar disorder. I have successfully concluded cases, leading clients to make informed and happier choices in their lives. I am confident and competent that my background in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy will be beneficial as you are making such therapeutic lifestyle changes.
