I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Michigan with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with children and adults with a wide range of concerns including conflict resolution, anxiety/stress, depression, and self-esteem issues. I have also helped clients who have experienced trauma, parenting and relationship problems.
My counseling approach is a combination of humanistic, cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and dialectical counseling. I would describe my counseling style as direct and straightforward; yet empathetic, flexible and client-centered. I believe counseling is an opportunity to provide support and guidance for self-awareness and personal growth.
