I am licensed in Arizona with extensive counseling professional work experience. My specialty and focus is on adults, children couple and families who are dealing with trauma, conflict or difficult decisions and life transitions. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, depression , difficult Life transitions, family conflicts, trauma ,executive functioning problems , ADHD , and career difficulties.

My therapy style places emphasis on identifing your strenghts, telling your story, guiding you towards finding solutions that are self driven . I will utilize evidence based cognitive methodologies to allow you to be your authentic self while collaboratively tackling areas of distress or difficulties
