Hello and welcome to Find A Therapist! My name is Olivia and I use she/her pronouns. I have 3 years of counseling experience and recently became licensed in Florida.

A majority of my experience has been in an agency focusing on co-occurring mental health and substance abuse concerns. I have served many clients in my community presenting with: chemical and process addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma and grief, loss of purpose, relationship and family struggles, difficulties in parenting, and many other stressors. I always start with a person-centered foundation - you know yourself best! I also strive to create a professional and therapeutic, yet warm and safe relationship for all clients. My approach pulls from various techniques and theories, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. You can expect acceptance, compassion, empathy, no judgment, and a counseling experience that is unique to you.
