I have had the opportunity to work with clients with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, relationship issues, women’s issues, and parenting problems. What is your approach to therapy? My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with mindfulness techniques, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? In life we endure many different experiences that shape who we are today. Experiences affect us in many different ways, oftentimes without us realizing it. Sometimes we go through life masking our bruises and negative experiences, ultimately suppressing our thoughts and feelings. I’m here to help you process the negative and the positive experiences. In our sessions, I will use your strengths to help you give yourself empathy, to empower you, and to help you make steps towards a healthier you.
