Olivia’s goal as a clinician is to develop a collaborative safe space where individuals can feel validated and empowered. Taking an empathetic person centered approach, Olivia ensures patients know they are not only being heard, but also cared about. Olivia pulls skills from multiple modalities to help patients learn coping skills in a nonjudgmental manner. Olivia believes genuine relationships are what make therapy so beneficial. Olivia has experience working with diverse and multicultural backgrounds. Olivia has worked in hospitals, clinics, and private settings with both adults and children. Olivia utilizes tools from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Existential Therapy to help achieve the most therapeutic experience. With expertise in substance use, mood disorders, life transitions, adjustment disorders, and behavioral symptoms, Olivia is there to provide support during difficult times.
