I am licensed in New York with 5 years of professional work experience as a psychotherapist. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. Additionally, I have over a decade of experience teaching mindful movement; I utilize this experience to help you identify feelings and soothe your nervous system. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
