Hey, I'm Olivia! Are you ready to laugh, cry and create a connection with someone who is not going to give you cookie-cutter responses? Then keep reading. I am passionate about creating a safe space for my clients to throw it all out on the table, be met with compassion and validation and begin to piece together what they want to keep and what they want to toss. Many times in our lives, we put on certain identities and expectations that may not be ours but we keep them on out of comfort, fear, habit, you name it. I am here to help you sift through the pieces of you that you know but also become curious about the parts of yourself that you do not know. During that process, you can begin to find power in your choices and practice the art of being able to decide for yourself who it is you want to be. The stories you have come to believe about yourself are worth exploring and together, we can build a relationship where I will challenge those beliefs with you and assist you in building confidence to shift into your most authentic and understood self.
