My journey began when I was 8 years old when my alcoholic cousin committed suicide. That day I said to my mom "I know there is help out there for someone like him, when I grow up I will find it." Give me the chance to help you as we develop a therapeutic relationship to your transformed life.
I help individual's, couple's and families' with a wide range of issues including trauma, behavior issues, adoption issues, substance abuse, mood and behavioral disorders to name a few. I am a certified adoption therapist, I help with the difficult adoption questions, concerns and needed conversations with adoptee's and adoptive parents.
I am an eclectic therapist. I combined different therapeutic interventions based on your needs such as Solution-Focused Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy to name a few.
