Hello-

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Chemical Dependency Counselor with over 20 years of experience, supervising other counselors and teaching aspiring counseling students.

I work with clients who are managing a variety of psychological, emotional, mental health, family, relationship and spiritual challenges and struggles, providing assistance in learning how to best manage those struggles. I enjoy working with individuals from a holistic perspective to recover from trauma, overcome addictions, and reduce distress from discrimination. It is an honor to walk with individuals on their journey to understanding how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can help them to reveal who they truly are inside so that they can realize their goals and dreams.

I use a person-centered approach to therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, principles of Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance, Commitment Therapy.
