I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Florida, Idaho, Virginia and South Carolina with over 4 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self- esteem and confidence issues as well as career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced abandonment, emotional abuse and emotional dependency.

My counseling style is warm and engaging. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and humanistic and person- centered counseling. I will develop a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs while collaborating with you to achieve the best results!
