I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor licensed in Ohio with over 10 years of experience that worked in various settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, PTSD, complex trauma, and other mental health diagnoses.

I strive to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgment environment to assist individuals, couples and or children during every season of life. I utilize clinically evidence-based treatment, which includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interview, and Belief System Analysis in order to help clients learn to manage and transform their lives within a nurturing therapeutic relationship.
