Some challenges in life are not personally chosen. Let’s redefine hope. I am here to listen to you and to help you discover a path to healing in a safe and empathetic environment. I provide therapeutic intervention for those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, anticipatory grief, and adjustment disorder due to chronic illness, life limiting diagnosis, changes in circumstances, caregiver burnout, and end of life. I have spent years working with children, teens, adult, and elders in different settings. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself and feel understood.
My focus is on helping individuals reach their full potential in life by promoting optimal mental health. I have a genuine compassion and understanding for individuals, their place in life, and their needs. I have a non-directive interviewing approach that is meant to be collaborative, empathetic, and honest.
