Hi, I'm Numra! You may be struggling to cope with overwhelming challenges, ranging from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, intrusive thoughts, to trauma or emotional dysregulation. My goal is to equip individuals with a plethora of tools to help them manage these life-changing struggles. These tools may include coping strategies, improving social skills, managing intrusive thoughts, or anger management strategies. I am passionate about helping individuals live up to their full potential. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I also provide child custody evaluation services. My theoretical orientation is integrated. I utilize EMDR for anxiety, grief, loss, and trauma. I also incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am here to help and support individuals to live their life authentically and cope with life challenges. My goal is to build a trusting and safe relationship with my client. Reduced rates are available for students. I am also able to provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance provider if needed. I also provide child custody evaluation services.
