I became a Licensed Mental health Counselor because I wanted to put into practice the changes I wished to see in mental health treatment. I have several years experience in community mental health. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. My treatment approach is exclusively Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I give you the tools to make the changes in 6 sessions or less and you practice them in between sessions and after treatment.
