My name is Norma Venable. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. I have been licensed since 2005 and certified as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor since 2003. I love working with individuals and helping them to explore themselves to find true acceptance. My work is extensive in the field of Substance Abuse as a recently worked as the Program Coordinator for a 22-bed withdrawal and rehab unit. My work extends to Mental Health as I oversaw one of the local Group Homes in my county. I utilized Mindfulness, CBT and Client-Centered approach with clients. I look forward to working with you as we address life’s difficulties and self renewal.
