Hey there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 7 years of experience working with addictions, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship challenges and LGBTQ+ issues. I attended George Washington University and received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2016. I am now living my best life out in Seattle, WA while working online helping people just like you through individual therapy and life coaching services. I am licensed in Washington DC and previously lived there from 2014-2019, so I have a very good understanding of the culture in the city.

My specialty is helping queer women cope with codependency, life transitions and relationship issues. As both a therapist and coach, I provide unconditional, nonjudgemental support as you open up to gaining a better understanding of yourself and learn how to live a more mentally healthy and whole life. I will walk alongside you as you do the work to meet the best version of yourself. It's about having acceptance, worth, trust, and respect for yourself. I use a combination of modalities including strength-based CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to rewire your automatic thought patterns while holding a space that is positively reinforcing and empowering.
