About

I am a licensed marriage, family, and child counselor in the state of California. I have over 5 years of experience working as a psychiatric social worker in Monterey County. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, relationship conflicts, parenting problems, career challenges, substance use, ADD/ADHD, and interpersonal issues. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm, interactive, and direct. I believe in treating anyone with respect, empathy, and compassion, and I believe people are the experts of their own experiences and life. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I collaborate with individuals to discuss their needs, concerns, and developing treatment goals to help support and guide them through their journey to wellness.
