As a trauma therapist and survivor, I have a passion to support children, teens, and women through experiences that are overwhelming, challenging, and oppressive. I am dedicated to supporting others' healing journey. My specialty focus is working on trauma involving family, childhood, sexual, physical abuse, and relationships. I believe everyone can find healing and live their best lives. Whether you are struggling with feeling overwhelmed, feeling anxious, achieving your goals, finding connection, communication, feeling safe or stuck in a relationship, childhood trauma, domestic abuse, and/or traumatic life event(s) I offer many diverse therapeutic approaches to find the right fit for you. I intently listen to your wants/needs and collaborate with you on the goals you want to focus on achieving in therapy.
