Life can be overwhelming at times and it's easy to lose sight of what matters to us. Reaching out for guidance is the first courageous step towards healing and emotional well-being. I am very familiar with the pain of silent suffering I endured, to get to the point of considering reaching out for help. And I truly honor the courage it takes to embark on this journey of self-discovery. I believe in coming alongside my clients in their path of healing and resilience while recognizing each client's unique experience through a collaborative, respectful and empathic approach. Together, we will work on helping you identify your strengths, knowledge, and new possibilities that are overshadowed at times by problem stories. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Postmodern and strengths-based Therapy Practices. I believe in tailoring my clients' treatment to their individual needs; in doing so, I work very closely with my clients to understand their challenges in order to tailor their treatment. I long to help clients give voice to their stories, articulate their challenges, and offer support in their sacred journey. To be allowed to hold a safe space for my clients and be a witness to their stories is a profound honor. With compassion, empathy, and a therapeutic stance of curiosity, I will work with you to reclaim your preferred way of living.
