I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York with over 10 years of experience working as a psychocounselor and transformative mindset coach for the last three years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, boundaries, self-esteem, radical self-love, self-care, life transitions, trauma, shame, spirituality to anger. I work alot BIPOC individuals and anyone who feels called to work with me.

You and I will collaborate on what the treatment looks like tailored to your unique needs and wants. You are the driver and I am your firm but gentle guide. My goal is to empower you to become what you need by providing a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore. I utilize cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior therapies with person-centered, culturally sensitive and compassionate approach while looking through a trauma informed lens .
