We find sometimes life can be messy, love can be hard, family and work/school can be difficult. If something is interfering with your life, or causing discomfort, it's worth exploring in therapy. By giving you or your loved one a safe space to explore where you are in life, helps identify issues and fosters positive change. I am a licensed clinical therapist with over 15 yrs of experience, that works to empower patients to overcome their situation. I specialize in working with areas of depression, anxiety, relationships, professional difficulties and life adjustments. Together, we will develop comfort within yourself, your surroundings, and among people in your life, as well as sharpening and adding new tools to tackle life.
