Hello, I am licensed in Texas with over 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I believe that to become well balanced and healthy individuals we need to consider mind, body, and spirit. Research has shown that for people that believe in a higher power, the healing process is more efficient and these people and live a healthier life. For the most part, I focus on scientific modalities to develop the treatment plans for my clients. I also provide Christian counseling for my clients that wish for this to be part of their treatment plan. My counseling modalities include person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, solution focused, Christian counseling, and mindfulness. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and healthier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
