My approach to therapy is eclectic and compassionate. I like to meet each client where they are at and utilize the modalities that best suit their needs. I believe that by creating a safe space to feel heard and understood, the therapeutic relationship can foster increased self-awareness, acceptance, and personal growth in many ways. Within the therapeutic relationship, we will work collaboratively to address the unique challenges and stressors you may be facing. My hope is to support you in utilizing your strengths and helping you reach your goals. I enjoy working with women, specifically young adults and college students.
