I am proud to call Wisconsin as my home and have lived my whole life here. I graduated with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College and learned about a systems approach to therapy. Prior to receiving my Master’s degree, I earned my Undergraduate degree in Fine Art. I believe it is necessary to understand and explore how systems impact all issues, therefore gaining background information and timelines are necessary. I also take a strength based approach to therapy and guide you to find solutions to your problems. As I guide you in the therapeutic process, you may gain clarity about what you are feeling and needing in your life. I believe that relationships are the center of our lives and when we are accepting and compassionate to ourselves we can bring our best to our relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and families, who may be struggling through anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, family conflict, marriage issues and life transitions. As your therapist, I aim to provide you a safe and caring environment, where you feel comfortable to discuss what is happening in your life.
