My goal as a therapist is to guide my clients during the counseling process to a place where they are more satisfied with their lives. I believe changing the way we think/making mindful choices is the catalyst for such changes. It’s been my experience that clients possess what’s needed to change what has become unmanageable or is affecting them negatively. I approach therapy as a process/journey that both client and therapist embark on together. If you are a person that would like to improve yourself and your life then you are a good candidate for therapy. I will do billing for Out of Network clients to eliminate the hassle for them I have extensive experience treating Mood Disorders ie. Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Addiction/Addictive Behaviors. My goal is to help clients obtain and maintain a happier and healthier life and relationships. I enjoy it when they arrive at a place where they can see a change in an area that could have blocked their progress or caused them struggles. I have dedicated 25+ years working in the field of mental health. Along with Private Practice, I have worked at two nonprofit agencies. Having this background has led me to keep each individual in mind as I choose my therapeutic approach. I am willing to work with clients with insurance through a superbill.
