I provide psychological therapies to adolescents, adults, and couples. I am experienced providing assessments and clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults. I also have experience treating those with medical challenges, grief and loss. My approach is relational and integrative, informed by cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, couples and family therapy. My role as a clinician is to provide you with this safe and therapeutic relationship, guide you through your exploration and path to growth, as well as offer you the opportunity to learn new skills/coping strategies. Psychotherapy provides a corrective and healing therapeutic-relationship offering a safe environment to share.
