My work is informed by a client-centered, strength based perspective and as such, my first and foremost responsibility is to YOU as we move toward co-creating an effective therapeutic relationship. I am a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with people to help them learn to navigate their own internal world and understand how to more effectively interact with their various relationship, be it at work, home or school.

I strongly believe in a quote attributed to Fred Rogers (Mr. Rogers) "Anything that is human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable." I strive to create a space that feels safe enough to explore these potentially hard conversations that can lead to personal growth and improved life enjoyment. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral and insight oriented therapies, mindfulness and various trauma informed modalities in my work. My intent is to help you find what works for YOU.
