I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas, with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. I am certified in Brainspotting and use this modality with most of my clients working on trauma recovery. My theoretical orientation is individualized, with a foundation of client-centeredness and strength-based psychology. I utilize an integrated approach to psychodynamic therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I help my clients uncover the innate ability to move to the next step using strength-based approaches. As a client, you shall determine what you want to work on and the goals to accomplish.
